Yes. A lot more. Every language you certify in unlocks a new pool of tasks. Multi-lingual freelancers are the highest earners on Backstage. Speak 2 languages and you’ll earn about 2× more. Speak 3 and even more.

No. We teach you everything in short videos. If you can use a phone, you can do this.

Apply online (5–10 minutes), prove your language, pick what you want to do, pick a client, and you're ready. Most people are approved within 24–48 hours. Once approved, tap “Go On-Call” to start getting tasks.

Every two weeks, through Wise. You get paid in your own country’s money, at the real exchange rate.

We support 11 local currencies: USD, PHP, EUR, BRL, NGN, KES, GHS, CLP, ARS, MAD, and COP. You can also choose to receive payouts in USD or EUR regardless of your country.

Four levels. The longer you work and the better you do, the more each task pays. Probation (0.80×) for your first 5 tasks, Standard (1.0×) after 5, Senior (1.15×) after 25 with good quality, and Lead (1.25×) by promotion.

No. You’re your own boss. You decide when to work. You pick the tasks. We give you the work and the training, but you’re not an employee. This is an Independent Contractor relationship.

Invite friends to Backstage. When one of them finishes 15 tasks within their first 45 days, you earn a bonus. Share your link via WhatsApp or any other way.

You lose the pay for that task. We check the work. This keeps it fair for honest freelancers.
